Sometimes you do not need the entire offline installer. You may only want a single extension (like a specific PCB library or importer). For this, you can use the manual .dxp file approach.

You must use the (available via the Altium Downloads page).

Paste the folder into the identical directory path on the offline computer: C:\ProgramData\Altium\Altium Designer Your-Version-ID\Extensions
